Luxorence Terms & Conditions explains how your orders, payments, and deliveries work when you shop at Luxorence.com. By placing an order, you agree to follow these rules.
We’ve made these terms simple and easy to understand, so you can shop with confidence.
Right now, Luxorence sells only within Pakistan. All orders must be delivered to a Pakistani address. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
These selling conditions apply to all purchases made through our website.
To place an order, you must:

Provide your real name, phone number, and delivery address
Agree to our full Terms and Conditions
These buyer responsibilities help us ensure safe and smooth deliveries.
Here’s how the process works:
Visit our Shop page and add products to your cart
Go to checkout and review your order
Scan the QR code with your banking app
Enter the total amount and transfer the payment
Upload a screenshot or image of your payment receipt
Click “Place Order” to submit
We’ll check your receipt and confirm the order after payment is verified. This QR-based system is part of our secure purchase terms.
Once your receipt is approved, your order will be marked as “Confirmed.” You’ll see your order details and payment receipt linked directly on your order page.
Without receipt upload, the order won’t be placed. This rule keeps our checkout process clear and fair.
We accept payments only through our QR code advance system. We do not offer:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Debit or credit card payments
Offline bank transfers without receipt upload
These Luxorence terms of sale ensure that every payment is verified before we dispatch any product.
You may cancel or change your order within 30 minutes after placing an order.
Once your payment receipt is verified, your order enters our fulfillment system and cannot be changed or canceled unless there’s a valid issue.

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll prepare it for shipping. Delivery times vary by location:
Remote areas: 5–7 working days
We’ll email your tracking number once your package ships.

We inspect all items before shipping. If your candle or accessory arrives damaged or broken:
Email us within 3 days
Include photos of the product and receipt
We’ll offer a replacement or refund if the issue qualifies

We use your details only to process your order and support your experience. Your payment info is never stored by Luxorence.
