Welcome to the Luxorence FAQs! Here, we answer the most common questions about our scented candles, attar-infused blends, accessories, and how our store works. Whether you’re curious about delivery timelines, payments, or our return policy—we’ve got you covered.
Luxorence is proudly based in Islamabad, Pakistan, with warehouses in Islamabad and Karachi. Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

Luxorence offers premium attar and essential oil-based scented candles, handmade in Pakistan. We also provide candle molds and accessories, all crafted with care using soy wax, cotton wicks, and high-quality ingredients.
To place an order, just add items to your cart and go to checkout. Scan the QR code using your banking app, make the payment, and upload the receipt. We’ll process your order after verifying the payment.
When you upload your payment receipt, it’s automatically linked to your order and visible in your Order Details. This ensures secure, traceable, and smooth processing without delays.
Once your payment is verified and the receipt is matched with your order, you’ll see a confirmation message along with complete order details.
You can also track your order status anytime using the Track Order page.
We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after payment verification. Delivery takes 2–6 days based on your location and courier service, with possible delays during holidays or sales.
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes if it hasn’t been dispatched. Email your order ID and payment receipt to cancelorder@luxorence.com for assistance.
If your candle, accessory, or mold arrives damaged or missing, email clear photos and videos to support@luxorence.com within 24 hours. We’ll review and offer a refund or replacement as per our policy.
Yes, we offer returns and refunds for damaged, wrong, or defective products. Just email refund@luxorence.com with your order number and issue.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your address. Please email support@luxorence.com immediately with the correct details. We cannot change the address once the order is dispatched.

Our 100ml candles offer a burn time of 18 to 25 hours, depending on how you use and care for them. Factors like wick length, room airflow, and burn duration per session affect overall longevity. For the best Luxorence candle experience:

Before lighting – Trim the wick to 1/4″, place on a flat surface, and let it burn 1–2 hours initially to avoid tunneling.
While burning – Limit use to 3–4 hours, keep away from drafts, pets, and flammables, and never leave unattended. Avoid placing it near fans or windows for an even melt.
After extinguishing – Let wax cool, recenter the wick, and store with the lid on in a cool, dry place.
