We use both natural and high-quality synthetic attar oils. Our synthetic attars are expertly crafted to mimic the richness and complexity of natural scents while maintaining consistency and longevity.
Our candles are designed to burn evenly and avoid tunneling. However, if tunneling ever occurs, simply let the candle burn for at least 2–3 hours during its first use to ensure the wax melts uniformly. Keeping the wick trimmed will also help maintain an even burn.
While our scents are carefully formulated for quality, individuals with sensitivities to essential oils should review the ingredient list and test a small amount before full use.
Our candles are designed for a slow, even burn, with duration varying based on jar size and on proper wick maintenance and environmental factors. To ensure maximum longevity, trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting and allow the wax to melt evenly during each burn session.
To prolong fragrance diffusion, keep the reeds clean and flip them occasionally. Using fewer reeds provides a lighter scent, while more reeds intensify the aroma.
Keep candles away from direct sunlight and heat to prevent warping or scent degradation. Diffuser oils should be stored in a cool, dry place with the cap tightly secured.
While our candles are made with natural ingredients, some essential oils may not be pet-friendly. We recommend checking the specific oil used or choosing milder fragrances if you have pets.
