We want your Luxorence experience to feel as smooth and elegant as our candles. This policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds work when shopping at luxorence.com.
You may cancel or change your order within 30 minutes of placing it.
Once your payment receipt is verified, the order moves into our fulfillment system and cannot be canceled unless there’s a valid issue (e.g., stock unavailability or incorrect details).

We accept return or refund requests within 3 days of delivery if:
The product is unused and in its original packaging.
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we confirm the issue.
❌ Non-returnable items:
Products used, burned, or altered.
Returns based on personal scent preferences.
Items reported after the 3-day window.
If your candle or accessory arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email 📧 ordersinfo@luxorence.com with your order number and photos.
We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
This policy is part of the Luxorence Terms of Sale and follows the laws of Pakistan, under the jurisdiction of Islamabad courts.
